Personal information submitted to the WBC 2024 is only used for managing of the members' activities, such as listing attendances to the WBC 2024, e-mailing and sending the conference materials to them through the website. Personal information submitted to the WBC 2024 is handled appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use and will not be disclosed to any third party unless specifically required by law.

The Items of Required Personal Information

Members of the WBC 2024 are divided into Korean Members and Overseas Members.
- Name, Title, Affiliation, Country, ID (e-mail), Password

Possession and Usage Period

While receiving services provided by the WBC 2024, your personal information will be retained and used by the WBC 2024 only.
If requested for withdrawal, your personal information will be deleted at the same time of the membership withdrawal.
